Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nope! Your monthly membership fee covers all care provided by Dr. Britt—no hidden charges, co-pays, or deductibles. If you need services outside of the membership (like labs, imaging, or medications), your insurance may step in and cover those costs.

  • Not quite. The membership gives you unlimited access to primary care and urgent care through Dr. Britt, but it doesn’t cover hospital stays, ER visits, imaging, prescriptions, or labs. Most patients still carry insurance to cover those larger medical expenses.

  • You're still welcome! In fact, this membership is a great fit if you’re uninsured but still want quality, consistent care. We work with affordable lab and pharmacy programs to help keep your out-of-pocket costs manageable. That said, we do recommend carrying insurance for major medical needs if possible.

  • The Primary Care Membership is $175/month with a 12-month commitment—but it starts with a 30-day risk-free trial. If after that first month you don’t feel like it’s the right fit, you can cancel and only pay for the first month—no strings attached. After the first year, you can continue month-to-month and cancel anytime.

  • No worries. As long as you’re in the US, Dr. Britt can still help coordinate your care remotely, send prescriptions, and securely share your records with a local provider—no matter where you are.

  • If you’re experiencing a true emergency, always call 911 first. Once you're safe, you can loop Dr. Britt in. She may be able to help coordinate follow-up care or communicate with the ER team when appropriate.

  • Not at all. This membership is just as much about staying well as it is about getting better. Dr. Britt focuses on preventive care, long-term health planning, and helping you meet your wellness goals. She’s here to support you through every chapter—sick days and good ones alike.

  • Pretty quickly—usually within a few hours during business hours. Dr. Britt intentionally limits her patient panel so she has the time and bandwidth to be responsive and thorough with each person.

  • No. The membership is private pay and includes access, services, and personalized care not covered by insurance. However, many additional services like labs, prescriptions, and imaging can still be billed through your insurance.

  • Yes! Most membership fees can be paid using pre-tax dollars from HSA or FSA accounts. Check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility for MSA or HRA funds.
